4. Payments

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

For recorded courses, access is granted immediately after payment, and once content is accessed, viewed, or made available, refunds are generally not applicable except in cases of duplicate payment or verified technical issues.

6. Live Classes and Recordings

Live sessions may be recorded for educational purposes and shared with enrolled learners.

By attending live classes, you consent to being included in such recordings, which may include your name, voice, video, or participation.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Engage in misuse, abuse, or disruption of the Platform
• Share illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Share course materials or login credentials
• Attempt unauthorized access

We may take action including suspension or termination for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by 12Notes or its licensors and protected under applicable laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

9. Changes to Courses and Services

We may update, modify, or discontinue courses or services when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to inform users of major changes.

We provide educational services only and do not guarantee any specific career, academic, or professional outcomes.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
